This policy explains which personal data Medical Consept Sağlık Turizm San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. (“Medical Consept”, “we”) processes when you visit this website or contact us through it, why we do so and which rights you have. It is written to meet the transparency requirements of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and, for visitors in the European Economic Area, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Visiting the website

When you open a page, your browser sends technical information to our web server: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, referring page, and browser and operating-system details (user agent). The server needs this information to deliver the page and to protect the website against misuse. It is kept in server logs only for as long as required for these purposes.

The website does not use analytics, advertising or social-media tracking. The cookies that are set are described in our Cookie Policy.

3. Inquiry and partnership forms

If you send us a request for information, documents or a distribution partnership, we process the data you enter:

• request type, and the product or reference code the request concerns (if any);
• name, organisation, role or specialty, country;
• e-mail address and, optionally, phone number;
• your message and, for partnership requests, the territories you are interested in.

Together with the request we store the IP address, the browser user agent and the page from which the form was sent, to detect and block automated spam submissions.

We use this data only to answer your request and, where you ask for a partnership, to evaluate it and take steps towards a possible agreement. Your request is stored in our website database and forwarded by e-mail to the Medical Consept team responsible for it.

4. Legal basis

• Your consent, given with the consent box on the form (KVKK Art. 5(1); GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
• Steps prior to a contract at your request, for example when you ask about distribution or product supply (KVKK Art. 5(2)(c); GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
• Our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and preventing abuse, for server logs and spam protection (KVKK Art. 5(2)(f); GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).

5. Who receives your data

Your data is accessed only by Medical Consept employees who handle your request. We use service providers for website hosting and e-mail delivery, who process data on our behalf and under our instructions. We do not sell your data and do not pass it on for advertising.

Where your request concerns a country served by an authorised Medical Consept distributor, we will ask for your agreement before forwarding your contact details to that distributor.

6. Third-party resources

To display the website, your browser loads some resources directly from third-party servers, which therefore receive your IP address and browser details:

• Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): typefaces used on all pages;
• jsDelivr and cdnjs (Cloudflare, Inc.): the 3D viewer and animation libraries on the home page.

Map links open Google Maps in a new page only when you click them; no map is embedded on this website.

7. International transfers

Medical Consept is located in Türkiye, and your request is processed there. If you contact us from outside Türkiye, your data is therefore transferred to Türkiye. Some of the service providers named above may also process data in other countries. Where the law requires it, such transfers take place on the basis of your explicit consent or appropriate safeguards.

8. How long we keep data

We keep inquiry data for as long as needed to answer your request and to follow up on any resulting business relationship. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised, unless commercial or tax law requires us to keep it for longer. Requests identified as spam are deleted.

9. Your rights

Under KVKK Art. 11 and, where applicable, GDPR Art. 15–21, you have the right to:

• learn whether we process your personal data and receive information about it;
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
• request deletion or anonymisation of your data;
• request restriction of processing, and object to processing based on legitimate interests;
• receive the data you provided in a portable format;
• withdraw your consent at any time;
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Türkiye the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK), in the EEA the data protection authority of your country of residence.

To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in section 1. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act on a request.

10. Security

The website is served over an encrypted connection, the administration area is restricted to authorised staff, and inquiry forms are protected against automated misuse. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send patient data or other sensitive health information through the forms.

11. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when our website or our processing changes. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last revised.
